Thank You Jesus
It is an honour to welcome you to the 10th anniversary celebration of RCCG Praise City Faversham! Ten beautiful years of God’s faithfulness, countless testimonies, answered prayers, lives transformed and seeds sown in faith. As we pause to look back, our hearts echo the words of the Psalmist: “O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.” (Psalm 136:1, KJV). Truly, if we had a thousand tongues, they would not be enough to tell the story of His goodness.
We thank God for every mountain He helped us climb, every storm He brought us through, every soul He saved, every family He strengthened and every dream He breathed life into.
To our cherished members, faithful friends, distinguished guests, ministers of God and everyone joining this special celebration: you are warmly welcome! Celebrate, worship, laugh and rejoice with us. The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy (Psalm 126:3).
As we celebrate a decade behind us, we look forward with joyful expectation, trusting that the One who began a good work in us will bring it to completion (Philippians 1:6). Welcome to our celebration of grace, welcome to our family, welcome to Praise City—and above all, THANK YOU, JESUS!

Our Story
What began in 2016 with three families gathering in a Sydenham living room has grown into a church family rooted in Kent. From Upper Norwood to Faversham, through the pandemic years and a fresh start in Ashford, to planting a new parish in Herne Bay — every step tells the same story: God has been faithful.

It is with a heart full of joy and gratitude to God that I celebrate this remarkable occasion with Praise City Faversham on her 10th year Church Anniversary.
Ten years is no small achievement. It is a testimony of God’s faithfulness, grace, mercy, and unfailing love. Looking back, from when my family join the Parish, there is so much to thank God for—our lives and that of others have been transformed, we have seen souls saved, prayers answered, families strengthened, with many testimonies that have come through this Parish.
I am truly grateful to God for the privilege of celebrating this milestone with the people of God. My prayer is that the God who has brought us this far will continue to uphold His church, strengthen its leadership, empower every member, and take Praise City Faversham to greater heights.
As we enter another decade, may God give us greater grace, greater impact, greater testimonies, and greater harvest of souls. May the fire on the altar never go out, and may the presence of God continually remain in our midst.
May the next ten years be even more glorious than the first. May the church continue to shine as a light, proclaim Christ boldly, and fulfil God’s purpose, mandate, and assignment in this generation.
Congratulations to our dear Pastor and every members of praise city Faversham for 10 glorious years of God’s faithfulness!

All the members of RCCG The Altar of God, Herne Bay, join you in celebrating this joyful milestone. Ten years of steadfast labour for souls, deep worship, prayer, and community service testify to God’s enduring faithfulness.
Over the past decade, Praise City Faversham has welcomed everyone, regardless of colour, race, gender, or faith. The church has demonstrated Christ’s love to the local community, touching, transforming, encouraging, and strengthening countless lives through regular house-to-house evangelism and its monthly prayer tent.
As Psalm 126:3 says, “The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.” We look back with deep gratitude for how far God has brought the church and say, “Thank you, Jesus.”
May God continue to bless the church, unite the congregation, and pour out His abundant grace on the set man (Pastor Samson and Deaconess Oluwafemi Shadare) every worker and minister in the years ahead. May your light continue to shine brightly in every territory God has called you to reach, in Jesus’ name.

Good morning, Church! We are so happy to celebrate this wonderful day with everyone. We thank God for keeping our church safe and strong for the past 10 years. We know that it is only because of God’s love, goodness and faithfulness that we are here today.
We also want to say a big “THANK YOU” to our Pastors, teachers, parents and everyone in the church who loves us, teaches us and takes care of us. Thank you for teaching us about Jesus. Thank you for praying for us. Thank you for encouraging us to love God. And thank you for helping us grow into good and godly children. As we celebrate 10 wonderful years, we pray that God will continue to bless our church and make it bigger, stronger and better.
